• Communicating with you about your project.
• Handling revisions and customer support.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Advanced Technology & Data Processing

We may use advanced software systems and third-party generative processors to support the creative process.

• We Do Not: Sell your creative details or share identifiable content with external platforms for the purpose of training public machine learning models.
• Confidentiality: We utilize enterprise-grade agreements with our technology partners to ensure your personal stories remain confidential and are processed solely for the creation of your order.

4. Data Storage and Retention

We retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to create your song and resolve revisions.

• Intake Data: Retained for up to 90 days.
• Final Song Files: Stored for 21 days after delivery. After this timeframe, files may be permanently deleted.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. We honor these rights for all customers, including those under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).
